I do not have enough positive compliments to give this Carstar location and the employees. They are so lovely to work with. The staff are all so attentive, kind, thoughtful and friendly. All of my expectations were fulfilled and exceeded. My car looks amazing and was completed early. They are heads above the best!

I cannot stress how satisfied I was with my service with Carstar. Omar was my point of contact and kept me informed during the process of my vehicle being repaired. He have me an estimated date if when it would be ready and it was actually ready a week before the schedule date which was great because that prevented me from having to get a rental car for another week. When I arrived to pick up my car he created me and took me out to my car and explained everything they did to my car and the warranty that comes with everything they did. When I opened my car they not only washed it but detailed my car. It looked excellent, it looked like a brand new car. Their customer service was top notch and I would recommend anyone to go there. If incould give them 10 stars I would. Thank you again Omar you and your team did a great job and I can't thank you enough for making this process so smooth for me.

I was engaged with a fender bender that took out the drivers side fender, bumper and headlight assembly in my 2016 Cadillac CTS Vsport. Though the car is now 10 years old, CARSTAR managed to get all Cadillac parts, and the paint is an exact match, expertly applied, guaranteed for life, and the car looks new! I am impressed!

Very tidy and clean office area and outside premises which immediately left a 'good feeling' impression. Very professional and friendly people. Very attentave service with daily progress reports on my vehicle. Excellent workmanship and the color match was perfect. Can't say enough good about CARSTAR Color Build, I highly recommend them.

If you are looking to get your car auto body repaired, look no further than CARSTAR Color Build. I was doing research to find a body shop with good reviews to handle my car. I’m more than satisfied of the workmanship and professionalism the team at this auto body repair shop. Alex let me know step by step of progress done to my car. They don’t cut corners, and knowing a little about auto body myself, I was amazed about the knowledge of Alex when he did my estimate taking all damages “seen and unseen” into consideration.
